Fall Mood Boards

These mood boards are here as inspiration for your own mood board or to aid creative projects like novels, paintings, or other projects set in the autumn. Use these to generate ideas on activities to plan this fall, to develop creative ideas, or just as a space to immerse in the fall ambiance. Enjoy!

Deep Autumn

Thoughtful + Warm

Deep autumn is when we breathe in the shorter days and start taking things slow. Spending time in a local Café to read or to work on a short story are staples of days like these. We may go for a cool walk through a park littered with golden leaves or enjoy an evening warming up with a nice cup of tea, allow thoughts to flow.

Gentle Fall

Bright + Calm

Gentle Fall is a time to admire the changing seasons and the changes within ourselves before the new year. This is a time to sleep in, start baking, and reflect. Spending time at a local farm or festival in town are staples of this season. We may watch our favorite childhood movies, read, or journal to connect with ourselves, and invoke a sense of play.
